I decided to break from the traditional model being used by the larger real estate firms because I felt that clients of the bigger organizations often became  just numbers on the a sales board. This is even more true today as you see a large number of real estate “teams” focusing on simply getting as many clients as they can while neglecting the most important part of being a Realtor- personal service.

Unfortunately clients are left speaking to several different members of the ”team,” constantly finding themselves in a web of miscommunication and failing to get the personal service they deserve. This is why I strongly believe that Mohler and Gary  is the number one realtor in the region for customer service. I believe that the attention to detail and personal service is what helps my clients sell or buy a home at or above market rate, at the best rates possible, and with the least amount of stress .
